We were served with a Pallet Cleanser made of Tofu sauced with a strong flavour of Dark Soya, Vinegar. Foor starters we were served with Steamed Black Pepper Chicken Dimsum, Chin Chow Kothe veg Dimsum, Sichuan Shrimp Wonton in Chilli Broth, Shredded Chicken Crushed in Sichuan Black Pepper, Double Crispy Spicy Duck, Crispy Spicy Tofu, Signature Prawns Spring Roll. What i liked the most were the shredded chicken as i could literally get the after taste of those strong flavours of black pepper crushed and left on every bite. I am a spice eater and i love any dishes which is played with spice and still not loose their original taste. Signature Prawns Springroll were those crispy coated prawns fry, with a big sized prawns coated perfectly accompanied with a sweet chilly sauce. The Sichuan Shrimp Wonton was soaked in a nice clear chilly broth which made itself a perfect dish together, sadly due to the broth the coating was not able to hold on for long. Somehow i didnt liked any of the Tofu dishes they served, and twice crispy spicy duck seems not to justify the name, there was nothing called spice, just the duck was double fried, but somehow made the dish chewy. Liked the black pepper chicken dimsum unlike the veg one, but would suggest them to increase the flavour of pepper since it should do justice to the title given to the dish.

For Mains,Sizzling Lamb, Char Sui Pork, Sichuan Spicy Tofu, Vegetable Stew, Common Fried Rice, Sticky Noodles. The Char Sui Pork were the pork belly tossed in thick barbeque sauce, quite tender, full of belly fats and perfectly sliced every portion. Didnt find any sizzle in Lamb , they had served three ratio one onions for that extra crunch on every bite of lamb, but didnt find it well seasoned and the extra onions , would have liked the lamb with well saute onions in lil proportion.

Loved the fried rice and specially the sticky noodles especially with the noodles tossed with the spicy sauce, sesame oil, sichuan and veggies. Honestly that was the star dish out of all the dishes apart from the shredded chicken with pepper. It has perfectly blended sauce that you wont need any separate sauces or gravy to accompany it with.

For dessert, we were served with Chocolate Mousse and Green T Misu, loved the smooth dark chocolate mousse, with the extra slice of chocolate , perfect for a chocolate lover like me, but still not sweet and good for not so sweet person, but if you not a chocolate person the Green T Misu is best for the strong flavours and really soft layers of dessert just left us crave for more of the bite.

Overall if you are a fond of an under the sky open deck dinner with your loved ones, beautiful ambience and lighting and some music collection by the live DJ, you can visit this place to relish some authentic oriental meal.
